Cat Journey: Day 2

Tonight was drawing night and as usual I chose cats as my illustration theme. Sphynx cats are one of my favourite breeds because they have such an exotic beauty and Diva looks. This one is a fierce one! Trust no man, Fear no bitch!

Dita Von Teese Lipstick for Art Déco

Hi gals!

So today I finally got Dita Von Teese Art Couture Lipstick for Art Déco. It's wonderful!

I bought the velvet effect lipstick on color 631. It's mate but still with a silky touch, wonderful color and also very tasty! It makes your lips pop out and it's very lasting. It is very similar to MAC's mate lipsticks in texture and durability. The best part is that I bought it with 50% discount! 

I also want to get the face compact powder and also the eye shades. They're beautiful and glittery, very elegant and delicate.

They come in a great variety of reds. I picked the more blood colored one. (It's not in the picture though). The tube design is so fancy and cute! Here's the one i got:

 A part of my Fan collection (I'm a big fan obcessed). These are above the Vanity.

This one is huge and is above my bed. It's 1,5m of lenght.

and of couse, my beautiful baby gal in her favorite spot!

Cats and All About Them

Hello babes,
Tonight I'm going to talk about one of my favorite books and also one of my favorite flea market finds. That's right, I'm talking about Cats and All About Them by Frances Simpson. 
I found this book on a flea market for only 50 cents .

At first I really loved it because it was about cats, of course, but also because of the cover that was beautiful. When I first opened the book I saw it was signed by the writer herself but I didn't know who she was. Then when I googled her I saw how important this book was.. and mine was AUTOGRAPHED!

This is the perfect book for every Cat lover. Frances writes about Cat breeding, Cat's health, the most important and popular breeds from the era (beginning of the XXI century), and also Cat exhibition and contests.

Vintage Goodies - Part I

Hello babes,

This last week I went hunting for vintage goodies in some second hand shops nearby. I got great stuff for almost nothing! 

Charity shops are a great source of vintage for very low prices. I really love to go there because they look like your granny's attic. You find a lot of ugly stuff but in the end what really excites me is the hunting for treasures!

Today I'll show you a part of what I've got. 

Cute little sleepers in a very good condition! They are so pretty I would wear them on the streets!

 This one is an old finding but I wanted to feature it anyway! Mid century curtains that I later transformed into beautiful pillows! (see bellow)

This little  navy bag is one of my favourite finds of the week! It's a 50's leather bag in perfect shape and condition! It was only 2€ in a charity shop. Can you believe it? I also got these cute nylon scarves in tropical green, black and animal print!

Got a lovely vintage lingerie box! This is where I keep my sunglasses now! ( props to the wonderful hairdryer)

And last, but not the least... not a vintage find, but a cute find for sure! Cat charm bracelet I bought on Claires! One more for my cat collection!
